Sarah is very professional and very helpful.my machine was running rough Jake the service manager got it running great he nos his stuff.

I had a great buying experience with salesman Jim Bryant. I bought a motorcycle they had on their floor that I did not get to see before purchasing due to living 250 miles away. He accommodated my requests for pictures and a series of questions before arriving at the dealership to complete the transaction. The other staff were helpful and courteous in getting the motorcycle onto my truck. I also appreciated the fact that it was a no pressure sale. I didn't get pestered with accessory or extended warranty pictures. It was a a smooth and effortless purchase.

Jim Bryant took the time to work with me to find a mower that would work for me in my price range and perform well. He hit the mark and I love my new mower. It was delivered the same day and I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I just want you to know that your service man Jake, is the absolute best. He went out of his way to get my mower running. I was very upset and he went above and beyond on my repair. I expected to wait a week or better for my mower to be returned. He made it happen in hours. He is a very good representative of your company.

I bought a Gravely ZT-HD 60 inch From Jim Bryant, This has been a 6 month project comparing mowers and Jim was a big help. If you have questions like I had he is the one to ask for. Plus they have many mowers out front to look at after hours. A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Mike L the Service Manager is great. He works with you and is always amicable. Getting $50.00 off for cash incentive also is a great business builder I think. Jack the fellow who picked up and delivered my unit was extremely nice. Again arrived when he said he would left a copy of the service order and was gone in no time. Overall 5 stars for Mike and the whole service team.

Done business with Ball Equipment now for about 2.5 years. Started with buying a Ranger 900 and 550 saw from Chris Ball, great experience. Bought a Redmax Backpack blower and hedge trimmer later, also great experience. Just bought a sportsman 570 from Tony who stayed past normal business hours, answered every question and even let me test ride, yet another smooth transaction. Had a few normal service issues pop up here and there and again the guys handled them professional and timely. Thanks guys, seriously cool to have a local "go to" spot for toyz! I recently bought a tip out windshield for my Polaris Ranger. I went over to pick it up and Chris gave me a tour of the store they were in at the time. He took the time to talk with me and he made me feel like more than a customer. I left with a quality product at a great price and with the feeling that he really cared that I liked my windshield and was happy with the purchase.

I called there parts dept to purchase new mower blades, oil and filter for my mower and the blades were not instock. No problem, The parts rep took my name and number, called me when the blades came in and had shipped to me in two days. This place has gone out of there way to make sure the customer is always taken care of. Customer service/retail is what I do and Ball Equipment always goes above and beyond. GREAT Place to do business!!!
